Q. Where do your case leads originate?
A. All of the CaseGenie® leads provided to our clients are developed through our proprietary lead development systems utilizing the latest internet marketing programs, and designed to be compliant with current legal and ethical standards.
Q. Do you buy leads/sell developed by others?
A. No! All of our leads are developed internally by our organization. And we carefully track – utilizing the latest tracking technology – the actual sources to further maximize the quality of our leads.
Q. What Practice Areas are covered in your program?
A. We currently offer CaseGenie in each of the major topics listed on AttorneyPages.com. Although the general CaseGenie program is NOT available for highly specialized cases (such as Mesothelioma or SUV Rollover cases), nor generally available for nationwide or statewide reach, Advice Company can work out special custom arrangements to match your specific goals.
Q. Will I own the website and its content?
A. CaseGenie websites and Showcases are targeted to a specific topic in a specific geographic area to get high search engine rankings. They are designed to supplement – in the targeted topic and area -- not replace your main law firm website. Although they are and will remain the property of Advice Company, to the extent that you might post any of your unique content on the website, you’d be able to take that content with you.
Q. Are your leads exclusive?
A. We make every effort to ensure that each of the leads we send to you will be sent exclusively to you. Of course we cannot guarantee that consumers will not make multiple enquiries to other attorneys.
Q. What form will my leads take?
A. We provide consumers with two methods to contact your offices: A special toll-free number directed to your phone or by E-mail forms. In each instance the contact will be to the specific phone number or E-mail address that you authorize.
Q. Why both?
A. Consumers like choice and Attorneys know that the more choices they provide, the higher their response rate will be. Some people are comfortable calling, others are not, and some want to know more about your firm's interest in their case before they speak to you. Further, most law firms are not available 24x7. CaseGenie provides them with the method they prefer…Voila! More contacts and more cases.
Q. What Reports / Tracking Mechanisms will I have?
A. CaseGenie will provide you with a password protected – web-based – integrated Control Center where you can track all of your account activity, including itemized website visits, telephone call records, and full e-mail back-up. Your Account Representative and our Client Success Team are also available to help you.
Q. How am I billed?
A. To provide you with maximum flexibility you can elect to pay monthly and cancel at any time. Our monthly rate still will be guaranteed for the full 12 months. We’ll charge the first 3 months of up-front, and future months will automatically be charged to your credit or debit card. You can drop out of the program at any time. To save about 17%, you can get 12 full months service for the price of only 10 by prepaying for the full year.
Q. Can I start and stop my program?
A. You can drop out of the program but you can't "start and stop." Unlike many lead programs the CaseGenie program will develop leads specifically for your firm, not for attorneys in general, so that leads developed for you cannot be routed to others. You may, of course stop your participation at any time and so long as you continue you’ll have a right of first refusal for continuing the service in future years. If you should discontinue, however, that will mean that your exclusive rights to leads from the Website and Showcase we’ve created will be offered to another attorney in your geographical location
