Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where do your case leads originate?
A. All of the CaseGenie leads provided to our clients are developed through our proprietary lead development systems utilizing the latest internet marketing programs, and designed to be compliant with current legal and ethical standards.
Q. Do you buy/sell leads developed by others?
A. No! All of our leads are developed internally by our organization. We carefully track - utilizing the latest tracking technology - the actual sources to further maximize the quality of our leads.
Q. What practice areas are covered in your program?
A. We currently offer leads in the following Practice Areas: Personal Injury (including Medical Malpractice), Criminal Defense (DUI), Bankruptcy and Family (Divorce). New areas will be added in the future. Special custom arrangements are available to match your specific practice.
Q. Are your leads exclusive?
A. We make every effort to ensure that the leads CaseGenie sends will be exclusive to you. Of course we cannot guarantee that consumers will not make multiple inquiries to other attorneys.
Q. What form will my leads take?
A. We provide consumers with two methods to contact your offices: phone and/or e-mail. In each instance the contact will be to the specific phone number or e-mail address that you authorize.
Q. Why both phone and email?
A. Consumers like choice and Attorneys know that the more choices they provide, the higher their response rate will be. Some people are comfortable calling, others are not, and some want to know more about your firm's experience in the field before they speak to you. Further, most law firms are not available 24x7. CaseGenie provides them with the method they prefer…Voila! More contacts and more cases.
Q. What about bad leads?
A. We automatically eliminate duplicate emails and phone calls as well as very brief calls. Most email leads (and leads sent via a form) have also been filtered to eliminate contacts by people who do not have a case or have no intention of retaining a lawyer. You can provisionally eliminate inappropriate emails that get through our filters and/or flag inappropriate calls in your Control Center.
Q. What reports / tracking mechanisms are available?
A. CaseGenie will provide you with a password protected,web-based,integrated Control Center where you can track all of your account activity, including itemized telephone call records, full e-mail back-up and current account balances. Your Account Representative and our Client Success Team are also available to help you as questions arise.
Q. How am I billed?
A. At the beginning of your CaseGenie program we will determine with you the number of leads (phone calls and e-mails) that you want to receive. We will bill your credit card for those leads. A deposit equal to 80% of that amount must be paid upfront. We will continue to monitor your account activity and when your account approaches that pre-determined number, we will notify you in advance and bill your credit card after two (2) business days for an additional equal number of leads. Prior to billing your credit card, we will reconcile your account, deduct your bad leads, and charge your credit card for the balance.
Q. Can I start and stop my program?
You can ask us to slow the number of leads or drop out of the program after leads you paid for are delivered. But you can't "start and stop." Unlike many other lead generation competitors, the CaseGenie program develops leads specifically for your firm, not for attorneys in general, so that leads developed for you generally cannot be sold to others. This methodology ensures that your leads are of the highest quality and precludes stopping and starting except for very special circumstances (illness, etc.). You may, of course, stop your participation at any time. Doing so, however, will mean that your exclusive rights to leads in your practice areas will be offered to another attorney in your geographical location.
